Food and Fitness

Fitness is a huge part of Hadley’s life. Before moving to Vancouver full-time, she trained four days a week with a personal trainer.
After moving to Vancouver, fitness changed for her as she began finishing her last year of high school. However, she still tried to stay active throughout the days.
Hadley finds it very important to be active in any way possible, may that be just taking a walk or if it is something more intensive like training or taking a class. Finding ways to keep active is significant to her in anyway way and form you can find, because it helps to keep a positive mind.
Hadley was diagnosed with epilepsy two years ago, so being active helps with keeping Hadley’s mind in a positive place and keeping her mind and body healthy.

Food is a big part of Hadley’s life.
Hadley has had the chance to travel and experience food from all over the world, and she gets to cook and try new foods all the time.
Hadley and her middle sister Chloe take turns cooking dinner and will sometimes take the simple root, and other times they will try out something more fun.
On weekends they will do a themed appetizer night where they pick a movie and theme the food off the movie. This way, they are able to try out and experience new foods and have fun cooking together.
